OUR STORY
I joined at 17, straight out of high school — no hesitation, no backup plan. Just a commitment to something bigger than myself. That decision shaped everything that came after.
I served with the Marines of the 3rd Medical Battalion, stood post with the Army at Fort Belvoir, and deployed aboard the CVN-78, the IWO JIMA 7, and the USNS Comfort. I spent time at NAS Oceana and Naval Medical Portsmouth — learning what it means to show up, adapt, and serve alongside the best this country has to offer.
That service left its mark — physically and mentally. Natural flower became part of my own recovery and wellness journey, and it opened my eyes to how many veterans and everyday people in the 757 deserved access to something clean, consistent, and delivered with real professionalism.
My mother taught me to judge people strictly by their character. The Navy reinforced it. RonnoRuntz was built on both — Black-owned, veteran-owned, and committed to serving this community with the same standard I held myself to in uniform.
